I've got to admit that I've been drawn to sparkly, shiny things lately - maybe its the latent or belated holiday spirit in me or something - first it was the gold pants, an Ellery gold shirt (which I'll show you soon) and this. The first time I saw this dress I loved it - its irresistibly quirky Miu Miu cross Jill Sander cross Karen Walker vibe just drew me in instantly but I wasn't sure if I was ready for so much sparkle...and so I left it behind... pondered about it and the next day I new I had to buy it nonetheless.... So here I am wearing a Holyn sparkly knit dress in the middle of the summer... I thought that it would be ok for a breezy summer day - I was so wrong!

  20. that's a raelly awesome dress.. the fabric's quite shinny.. I go for shinny or sparkly garments as well.. I like to stand out.. even when I'm wearing black.. I think the all-black outfits make you stand out.. stay cool!
