Tasfia at Calexico -  which stocks amaazing designers along the likes of 3.1 Phillip Lim and Acne. Its carnival themed set up was definitely one of the winners of the night for me - with its whimsical deco, blue cotton candy, snakes, creepy 'throw a ball in my mouth' clowns that they have at side show alleys and random henna tattoo booths... Beauties at the Gail Sorronda pop-up store... Me - making a new little reptile friend at Calexico. Good fun. Tas browsing at Sass & Bide Me with lovely Bianca...

I know I've been neglecting the blog recently and I know I always use the same excuse but Uni has seriously been a killer - I have 2 exams and 3 assignments due over the next week! On top of that, I have to to Uni 5 days a week and pretty much have to wake up at 6:00am every morning and then its usually around 6:00pm by the time I get home and I'm just too beat to do any blog work! Anyway, despite that I've been buying waaaay too much lately so I've got a number of nifty new buys to share...
Anyway here I'm wearing my Josh Goot x ASOS dress that I bought about a couple of months ago - I know, I've become possessed by some crazy print mania...

Also, recently, Francesca from Opionslave and I were guest judges to the Westfield Chermside 'Couture Academy', QUT fashion graduate fashion show and luncheon at the Stokehouse. Not only were the designs showcased absolutely stunning, but the food was so super delicious that I can't wait to go back there! I've never really felt that florals were my thing - there's something usually so dainty and overtly feminine about them that I've never been a huge fan of! I love how this Mary Katrantzou x Topshop ensemble is a more subtle transition into the world of florals. I'm so sorry If I haven't replied to your messages or formspring questions - University work has been killing me but I'll definitely get to answering them soon x

Since cutting off my three-year-long long locks recently, I've been hating on my hair quite a bit.  I'd been thinking of dip-dying for a while but this weekend I finally took the plunge. Now I am finally back to being "comfortable in my own hair"!  I'm loving how my new hair can make even the simplest outfits look so much cooler.
